Staging Services

Revival Design provides thoughtful, market-aware home staging for Realtors and homeowners preparing to list. Each staging plan is tailored to the property, price point, and target buyer—never one-size-fits-all.

With experience in both interior design and staging, every decision is made with buyer psychology, flow, and first impressions in mind.

Request a Consultation
  • A focused, in-person consultation that provides homeowners with clear, actionable guidance for preparing their home to list. The session results in a tailored set of recommendations designed to improve flow, visual clarity, and overall market appeal.

Consultation topics may include editing and decluttering, furniture arrangement, minor repairs, and targeted finish recommendations such as paint, lighting, or hardware.

    Required for Photo Styling.

  • Designed for properties that are unoccupied and require furnishings to define scale, flow, and function. Thoughtful staging helps buyers better understand the space and envision how it can be lived in.

Revival Design manages the staging process from start to finish, including the selection and installation of furniture, artwork, and layered accessories from a curated inventory. Each staging plan is tailored to the home’s layout, price point, and target buyer.

Once an offer has been accepted and inspections are complete, staging furnishings are removed, allowing the property to move smoothly toward closing.

  • Listing photo styling is designed for homes that are nearly market-ready and benefit from a final layer of professional polish prior to photography. This service is ideal following a pre-listing consultation or for properties that require only light adjustments before photography.

Styling may include furniture layout refinements, accessory placement, bed dressing, and artwork adjustments using the homeowner’s existing furnishings and décor along with curated items from Revival Design’s staging inventory to support a cohesive presentation.
